Umi Sangha

Guidance & offerings on the moon cycles. Umi, in Japanese, means ocean, and because the moon rules the ocean tides and the waves of emotion that course through our being, it only seems appropriate to me that as a part of a group, or sangha, we navigate these tides that flow through each and every one of us, together.

These moonthly or bi-moonthly gatherings will be held online and/or in person (for those who might be able to attend), and will include relevant astrological and Āyurvedic guidance.
