Clients looking to work with me long term (Intrinsic Counseling) should book both an Āyurveda Initial Session as well as a Vedic Astrology Reading. These systems work together and help us understand the big picture when it comes to our life, purpose, and our health. However, if booking both sessions would not be possible or is cost prohibitive for you, I can consult and refer to your chart during any session (with your permission, of course).

Individual Sessions
Āyurveda Initial Session
This is where we get to know each other and assess your unique situation through the lens of Āyurveda. Āyurveda takes time. I strongly recommend committing to ongoing sessions if you are interested in receiving all that this beautiful ancient practice has to offer (and I offer discounts for those who do.)

Intrinsic Counseling ~ Ongoing Sessions
Intrinsic Counseling is basically my take on Vedic Counseling. It is a revelation and unfolding of your own innate wisdom through the knowledge of Āyurveda and Vedic Astrology. In ongoing sessions we look at your alignment, mind, body, spirit, and the energy around you from the perspective of the great elements, the planetary configurations, and the vedic wisdom traditions. This is energy work at the elemental level.
Most new clients benefit from bi-weekly support, especially during their first few months working with me, and will shift to monthly appointments as they grow, evolve, and become seated in themselves. Everyone is unique, and as such, so is the level of support needed.
*These are follow up sessions for those who have done and Āyurveda Initial Session, and can be booked after this first appointment.

Packages can be booked as bi-weekly sessions (prefferred) or they can be scheduled as needed (monthly, bi-monthly, whatever works for us).

Astrology
An extensive conversation about your natal chart using Vedic Astrology. These can be scheduled in addition to Āyurveda sessions as well as stand alone sessions, and are typically booked yearly or before any big, potentially life-changing, decision is to be made.
In-depth Natal Reading (About 2 hours ~Includes divisional charts and specific areas of your interest)
